Wausau Whitewater
Wausau Kayak/Canoe Corporation exists to be an educational resource to whitewater kayak and canoe enthusiasts, and to provide a premier venue for paddle sport related activities in local communities and internationally. Compete, volunteer or sit back and watch the excitement! Join us for a day of fun on the water during our recreational releases or take it to the next level at a training camp or clinic. Whitewater Park in downtown Wausau hosted the 2012 Junior U23 Slalom World Championships.

wausau wheelers
Wausau Wheelers are a recreational road bike club, offering a variety of organized group rides each Tuesday and Thursday evening and Thursday mornings, from May until October. There are seven group rides for a wide variety of skill levels from beginners to competitive riders, including a family-friendly casual ride.
Wausau area striders
Wausau Area Striders run quality track and hill workouts (speedwork, tempo, intervals) tailored to fit many different runners' abilities, for males and females of all ages.

We are a source for athletes to meet, train, learn, gather teammates and race together. Our club is dedicated to growing adventure sports with athletes of all fitness levels, skills, and abilities in Central Wisconsin and throughout the state.
Trail Sisters - Wausau COMMUNIty
Trail Sisters was created to constitute for an equitable outdoors both recreationally and throughout the industry. Female voice and representation are essential in the future of our outdoors, impacting the role we play both on and off the trails.
To break through long-standing barriers, Trail Sisters generates educational content and resources, while fostering an inspirational community that encourages self-advocacy and life-long friendships.
