My favorite training buddies have become my children. They innocently hold me accountable to bike commuting when it’s more convenient to drive, eating healthy, and practicing new skills. The carefree spirit becomes contagious and even the mundane miles offer opportunities to create lasting memories with the people I love the most, doing what I love.
