Twelve months of garden veggies

Twelve months of garden veggies

Even though the daily subzero temps may leave you far from thinking about a garden, our family has been enjoying carrots we dug last week (in February!) and have enjoyed several batches of fresh microgreens (peas, sunflower, arugula).

I had a Yooper friend that has often boasted that she’s been in Lake Superior every month of the year. My boast is that our family enjoys our garden veggies all year round. I usually am text-heavy with pictures to supplement, but this post is going to be vice versa as the veggies are so aesthetic! So grab a bib and enjoy!
